Frying method :
-Heat the oil on medium flame at approx.
165 to 175c in a deep frying pan.
-Gently put 3-4 oval papad in the panand stir well while gently pressing them.
-In other to have completely oval papad fry them till they turn golden brown in colour.
-Now ther oval papad are ready to be served and enjoyed.

 
Microwave Oven Method :
Keep the oval papad in microwave for 30-50 sec.
For fully puffed oval papad, keep marginal distance among the oval papad in a flat oven plate.
