INGREDIENTS OF THOSAI FLOUR: RICE FLOUR,URID DHALL,SODIUM BICARBONATE.

Way of cooking:
1.Add 1 cup of GEMINI THOSAI FLOUR to 1 1/2 cup of water and mix well without lumps to get smooth batter then keep aside for 10 minutes.
2.Heat thosai pan and lightly grease it with oil, spread required quantity of batter from the centre of the pan outward circular motion to give thosai.
